Where we ship

We ship worldwide. However, we have to manually add every country. If you are unable to checkout, please email help@redtailretail.com and we can add your country to our available list.

Processing & dispatch times

Because products are made to order, dispatch time depends on current production times and, for preorder items, on that drop's production and preorder window. Estimated timeframes are shown at the time of purchase and/or on the product page. Preorder items ship once production for that drop is complete.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. We currently offer:

  • Free shipping within the US on orders over $100.
  • Free international shipping on orders over $150.

These thresholds may change; the rate shown at checkout always applies to your order.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and other customs charges set by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost, cannot be calculated at checkout, and are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your package appears lost, stuck, or significantly delayed, please email help@redtailretail.com and we will help sort it out.
